Our headquarters at Earl Street in Carlisle is open for members to collect items and purchase stationery and tickets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 am until 1.00 pm

National Federation of Women’s Institutes (NFWI)
Associated Country Women of the World (ACWW) We are all members of our international sister charity which is dedicated to raising the standard of living for rural women and their families. It specialises in small monitored projects in developing countries and promotes international friendship and understanding.
Denman College is the WI’s own Residential Adult Education College near Oxford.
It was named after the first NFWI Chairman, Lady Denman, and over the years most of the money needed to buy, develop and maintain the College has been raised by the WI.
